You can cancel orders and return them to us within 14 days of receipt at any time.

As the buyer, you bear the costs of the return.
However, should there be something wrong with your product, we will cover the costs for the return and, in the best case, simply exchange your item without complications. We will then, of course, pay the costs for the exchange or return.
